Take on a new challenge and apply your IT operations and platform management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and dynamic teammates.

You'll play a key role in supporting IT operations and managing project platforms in a LAB environment. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as ATS Leaders, Integration Leaders, Solution Architects, and Platform Design Authorities), provide technical support, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and automation, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of platform setup and virtualization, but also support network configuration and troubleshooting activities during commissioning and commercial service.

We’ll look to you for:

Creating and supporting auto-deployment processes for preconfigured OS images for specific hardware

Providing expertise on various operating systems like Linux with OPC DA and UA

Managing platform and virtual application migrations from physical/virtual to public/private cloud environments

Setting up hardware platforms, virtualization, clustering VMs, and managing OS licenses

Supporting hardware specification and selection, including high-end servers, workstations, and network devices

Assisting end users with the installation of product-specific software on virtual or physical platforms

Creating network plans for ATS systems, including switch and routing configurations

Supporting site installation teams with network configuration and troubleshooting

Ensuring seamless coordination with end users, design authorities, and vendors to deliver on-time

Managing obsolescence for active and passive devices

Applying and ensuring adherence to processes and standards

Monitoring technology advancements through ongoing technical observation

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Ensuring 24/7 system availability

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Communications, or Instrumentation Engineering

ITIL certification (preferred)

CCNA/CCNP certification (preferred)

Experience with Windows OS administration and customization for OEM image building

Knowledge and experience in OS administration (Windows/Linux), security, performance, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)

Strong expertise in network administration, IP addressing, and switch/router configuration

Proficiency in scripting for automatic setup of computers, including OS, drivers, and network configurations

Understanding of hardware, BIOS, and computer performance (CPU/memory)

5+ years of experience as an administrator in multi-OS environments, supporting medium or large-scale networks

Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and take on responsibilities

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed

Experience with network/system management tools, asset tracking, and license management
