Could you be the full-time MDM Analyst in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and operational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Master Data Management (MDM) systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (technical leads, project managers, and business stakeholders), provide technical expertise to streamline operations, and lead efforts to bring automation across modules using open-source tools and DevOps methodologies.

You’ll specifically perform development activities on MDM Platform that is TIBCO EBX6.

We’ll look to you for:

Working as a senior developer with technical expertise in Tibco EBX, Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or other MDM technologies

Designing and implementing enterprise services and platform operations

Driving automation across modules (code quality, migration, deployment, platform monitoring)

Strong experience on Application server, Java, Database, architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise services, and platform operations

Providing technical expertise in bringing-in automation across Modules (code quality, migration, deployment, platform monitoring, etc) using Open Source tools, APM, Visual VM

Handling large-scale data transformations, migrations, and integrations

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

3-5 years of experience developing solutions in Tibco EBX, Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or other MDM tools

Strong expertise in application servers, Java, and databases

Familiarity with REST, JSON, XML, Web Security, Tomcat, API, and SQL

Hands-on experience with DevOps methodologies such as CI/CD, using tools like Git, Jenkins, and Nexus Repository

Knowledge of Java core libraries, object-oriented design, and design patterns

Knowledge in database management, including SQL, procedures, functions, triggers, and views

Experience in building prototypes, POCs, and UI for demonstrations

Ability to work in cross-functional teams and assess the impact of requirements and changes to data structures

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in an international environment with remote teams

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Team player with good communication skills and a self-motivated mindset
