More than a job: a mission

We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to ensure stable performance of our locomotives. This is a full-scope quality role from quality control and inspections to analysis, NCR and contionuous improvement. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication — because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.

Your role, your impact:

Conduct quality control procedures, cooperate with the client on quality issues.

Process non-conformity reports (NCR) and analyse causes as well as develop prevention actions.

Take part in the QMS process.

Maintain clean and detailed data on all issues and incidents.

Implement new quality tools, including GSI, APSYS, etc.

You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, operations, and supply chain — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.

What you bring :

Degree in Quality, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Proficiency in quality tools (root cause analysis, NCRs, internal and external audits).

Understanding of specifics of railroad industry.

Intermediate English.

How success is measured:

Quality and timeliness of deliverables.

Relevance of technical recommendations.

Contribution to peer reviews and teamwork.
