Could you be the full-time Site Process & Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Bursa we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your process engineering and industrial development expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a dedicated and collaborative team of professionals.

You’ll lead the co-engineering and industrial development efforts to ensure product and process designs are optimized for manufacturability. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain), manage resources, and ensure the implementation of standard processes and solutions. You’ll also play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

We’ll look to you for:

Defining industrial assumptions during the tender phase in line with industrial standards

Validating quotations related to industrial costs

Implementing standard processes and product solutions (SMP/SML, equipment, technologies) during project execution

Ensuring co-engineering methodologies are followed to optimize lead time and quality

Validating industrial scope during gate reviews and ensuring conditions for Serial Go are met

Managing the implementation of manufacturing equipment in compliance with EHS rules and QCD targets

Driving continuous improvement actions and supporting production teams

Managing staff capacity, competencies, and workload forecasts

Ensuring ERP data and documentation are complete, accurate, and timely

Participating in PME networks to build and improve industrial standards

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering

Management skills and experience leading teams of engineers and technicians

Industrial experience (10+ years) in fields such as process engineering, lean manufacturing, or manufacturing work instructions

Experience with ERP systems like SAP for Bill of Materials, routings, and configuration follow-up

Familiarity with quality and health & safety standards and systems

Strong communication skills in English and Turkish (read, written, spoken)

Ability to coach, inspire, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Logical, organized, and decisive decision-making abilities
