Could you be the full-time System Integration and Validation Lead in Ortigas, Manila, Philippines we’re looking for?
Your future role
Contributes to defining on site the System Integration & Validation strategy and optimizing the overall project Integration &Validation process, in close collaboration with his VTA manager
Define & coordinate with all Subsystems the Validation method to be implemented for each project requirement, with the support of the Requirement Manager & System Engineering, in due time to export Validation constraints to Subsystems in their development process (It includes Subsystems subcontractors and suppliers)
Manage the I&V process timeline and the timely collection of Validation evidence all along project life, in close collaboration with the Requirement Manager
Define & coordinate with the VTA manager all I&V activities related to system level operational scenarios, functionalities & interfaces by leveraging Subsystems I&V activities
Pilot the optimal Testing program together with the System Testing Manager and VTA Manager, considering the previous I&V steps performed during project execution and contribute to customer acceptance process through the I&V strategy put in place, avoiding redundant validation demonstrations.
Support for the compilation of all Validation evidence for System Acceptance, in close collaboration with the Requirement Manager
Support obtaining any certification or homologation applicable to the transport system, in collaboration with the Safety manager
Performance measurements:
Validation of subsystem / system requirements (functionalities, performance and safety)
Project management satisfaction
Regular reporting with clear Indicators & KPI’s, road map and action plan proposal for improvement and good result achievement.
Clear and timely identification of risk and/or blocking situation for management action and support
Contribution to obtain the Taking Over Certificates
Contribution for Delivery on time

Mandatory:
Graduate from Engineering school or Equivalent
Desirable:
Electrical and mechanical diploma/degree
Computing
Strong understanding of the V&V cycle logic
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the railway industry
Experience using DOORS or ComplyPro
Capability in KPI creation for T&C progress
International project experience
Solid background in Railway E&M system integration / System Engineering
