Could you be the full-time Traction Engineering Skill Leader (Transformers Technical Expert) in Bangalore were looking for Location: Bangalore, KA, IN Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and strategic expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates. You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of traction transformers at Alstom. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as project management, tendering, and engineering teams), act as a technical referent across regions, and provide expert guidance during technical reviews and tenders. You'll specifically take care of consolidating and structuring knowledge within your domain of expertise, but also mentoring future experts, newcomers, and engineering teams to ensure knowledge transfer and development.
