Monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions

Participating in the preparation and execution of process trials and tests

Updating operating work instructions and adapting existing method standards

Capitalizing on workshop best practices within the methods documentation

Contributing to the definition and deployment of the continuous improvement plan for paint processes

Implementing and using performance monitoring tools (dashboards, checklists, indicators)

Supporting the deployment of process tracking digitalization initiatives

Collaborating with cross-functional teams as required

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field

Experience or understanding of paint application processes, surface preparation, and curing methods

Knowledge of defect analysis techniques and root cause analysis methodologies

Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and methodologies

A certification in Lean or Six Sigma (preferred)

Strong documentation and technical writing skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
