Position Summary The Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of the organization's IT infrastructure. The role ensures high availability, performance, security, and reliability of enterprise systems while supporting business-critical applications and services. Domain Oracle Database System Administration (Windows/Linux) VMware / Private Cloud (VCF / AVI LB) Middleware Storage & SAN Backup Administration (Commvault, LAN to SAN) ITSM Administration (Zoho ManageEngine) DRM / Azure DevOps (SANOVI) Load Balancer Automation (Ansible/SaltStack) Perpetuity General Responsibilities Monitor infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools and respond proactively to alerts. Perform incident, problem, and change management activities following ITIL processes. Ensure infrastructure availability, reliability, security, and compliance with organizational standards. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive measures. Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles. Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution, hardware replacement, and software support. Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh projects. Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for infrastructure-related issues. Support audit activities and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements. Participate in on-call support, maintenance activities, and planned change windows as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure services that meet business requirements. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology (preferred). Any bachelor degree with relevant domain Experience minimum 3 years. Relevant certifications in Oracle, VMware, Microsoft, Linux, or Storage technologies. Experience working in IT field environments and following ITIL processes.
