Job Details We are looking for a highly skilled Shopify Plus Developer with expertise in Hydrogen, Storefront API , and GraphQL/REST integrations to manage a large-scale B2B platform. You will work on a headless architecture integrated with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and PIM, handling complex API interactions and data flows. The role involves deep debugging, performance optimization, and custom Shopify app development. As the technical owner, you will ensure platform stability, scalability, and continuous improvement in a live production environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, maintain, and enhance a Shopify Plus + Hydrogen headless storefront for B2B customers across multiple regions Own and troubleshoot production issues including Shopify Admin misconfigurations , Storefront API failures, and Hydrogen rendering issues Debug and resolve data inconsistencies across integrated systems (orders, inventory, pricing, customer accounts) between Shopify, ERP, CRM, and PIM Build and maintain custom Shopify apps, extensions, and Shopify Functions to support B2B workflows (company accounts, catalogs, tiered pricing, VAT/TAX rules) Investigate API issues using Shopify REST and GraphQL, identify root causes, and document findings clearly Collaborate with integration and L3 engineering teams to resolve data sync failures Write detailed Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and maintain technical documentation Proactively identify system risks and implement improvements to prevent production incidents EDUCATION PROFILE Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Software Engineering, or a related field preferred. Certifications in Shopify, Cloud, or ITIL (preferred but not mandatory) TECH STACK Shopify Plus , Shopify Hydrogen, Storefront API, GraphQL / REST, Salesforce CRM REQUIRED SKILLS 3 6 years of hands-on experience with Shopify Plus development Strong expertise in Shopify Hydrogen (headless architecture, SSR, routing, Storefront API) Deep knowledge of Shopify GraphQL and REST APIs (debugging failed API calls and payload issues) Experience with Shopify B2B features (company accounts, catalogs, pricing, tax/VAT configurations) Hands-on experience in Shopify app development using Shopify CLI, extensions, and Functions Ability to work in production environments with SLA accountability Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent written communication skills for documentation and RCA creation GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS Exposure to Salesforce CRM Accounts, Contacts, data relationships Familiarity with any enterprise PIM system (inriver experience is a bonus) Understanding of ERP order/inventory flows (Oracle JDE or similar) Experience working in an AMS or managed services model Background in industrial, manufacturing, or spare-parts B2B e-commerce ITIL Foundation or equivalent support framework knowledge Department Shopify Plus Developer Location Noida/Bangalore/Sirsi/Remote Job Type Contract/Full time Experience 3-6 year Disclaimer :This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
