About the role
Role Summary Company Agentic AI landscape spans multiple tech stacks — Dataiku, Azure AI Foundry, and Co-Pilot — without a shared observability layer, governance model, or decision framework. This role will evaluate the platforms, close technical and governance gaps, and help build a future-ready agentic AI foundation aligned with One of the very large railway manufacuturing Company roadmap for autonomous AI solutions. Key Responsibilities • Evaluate current agentic AI platforms (Dataiku, Azure AI Foundry, Co-Pilot) for capability and readiness gaps • Build a decision matrix mapping platform capabilities to agentic AI use-case features • Design and implement an observability and token-monitoring layer to measure value generation • Define the data layer and access model to Enterprise Systems for agent use • Build and maintain a master catalog of tools and MCP servers for the agent ecosystem • Establish governance for agentic AI applications and define a platform technical roadmap • Build CI/CD pipelines for agentic AI applications • Stand up usage analytics and cost governance frameworks; ensure support for high-concurrency, auto-scaling workloads • Support deployment of real-time-reacting AI agents Must-Have Skills • Hands-on experience building agentic/multi-agent AI systems (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent) • Practical experience with Dataiku, Azure AI Foundry, and/or Microsoft Copilot Studio • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tool/agent orchestration • Experience designing observability and token-usage monitoring for agent workloads • CI/CD pipeline experience for AI/ML applications • Enterprise systems integration experience (APIs, data access layers)
