Role: We are seeking a Jira & Confluence Administrator with 3–5 years of experience to manage, configure, and support Atlassian Jira and Confluence platforms. The role focuses on platform administration, user access management, workflow configuration, integrations, and operational support to ensure stability, security, and effective collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities: Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence environments. Configure workflows, issue types, screens, custom fields, permission schemes, and SLAs. Manage Confluence spaces, templates, page restrictions, and permissions. Handle user, group, and role management; support SSO/LDAP integrations. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, filters, and automation rules. Manage Atlassian Marketplace apps including configuration and upgrades. Troubleshoot access, permission, performance, and configuration issues. Support backups, restores, upgrades, and migrations (Cloud / Data Centre). Ensure security, audit compliance, and documentation of SOPs. Provide L2/L3 operational support and coordinate with vendors/Atlassian support. Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of hands-on Jira & Confluence administration (Cloud or Data Centre). Strong understanding of Jira workflows, schemes, permissions, and automation. Proficiency in JQL and reporting. Experience with Confluence space administration and content governance. Knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and ITIL processes. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. Experience with Jira Data Centre and enterprise-scale environments. Exposure to SSO, LDAP, SAML, and REST APIs. Jira Service Management and SLA configuration experience. Atlassian certifications (ACP series).
