About the role
Act as an Interface between Supplier and Airbus for Manufacturing Engineering topics for the Industrialization of the new work package. • Interacting and collaborating on behalf of Airbus with all the relevant departments within suppliers. • Support and enable suppliers to adhere to all technical guidelines by AIRBUS. • Status reporting on the Industrial Progress to AIRBUS on a regular basis through technical review meetings. • Participate and perform Industrial reviews with AIRBUS and Suppliers through APQP KBD assessments. Assist Suppliers to adapt to the APQP process. • Validate manufacturing engineering deliverables for AIRBUS supplier requirements and provide technical skills to close identified gaps. • Support and manage the specific tooling development and acceptance. (Concept, Design, Manufacturing, Certification of specific tooling). • Provide in depth knowledge of AIRBUS industrialization processes and guidelines. • Hands on experience on CATIA, PASS SSI, ATAME, G-Suite, APQP IT tool, TAKSY MS office. Manufacturing Engineering New Product Development (New Product Integration) APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) GD&T as per ASME Y14.5 SAP PEA,PEM & PAC, Creation of Routing, SOI, NSI and BOM CAPP(Computer Aided Process Planning) Cutting tools Shopfloor Execution Airbus masterized laptop, SAP PEA, SAP PEM and SAP PAC, AIRINA, CATIA v5, Norm master,TAKSY, PASS SSI , Skywise (Palantir), G-Suite, MS-Office
