HIL Lead Engineer

10 Years of Experience in HIL Dspace along with Team Handling and Program Management Skills Mandatory experience in ADAS/Chassis feature testing & UDS Diagnostics in HIL systems using dSPACE tools chain like Control Desk, Automation Desk, Model Desk, Motion Desk, etc. IPG Carmaker, CANalyzer and CAN protocols. Experience in Test Script development, Test case Development, Validation and Report Analysis. Test automation using ECU Test Tool and Experience in Python scripting is an added advantage. Knowledgeable in ADAS and vehicle dynamics (Brakes, Steering, motion control, etc). Hands-on experience modeling vehicle or system level HIL environment. Skilled in integrating models of ADAS sensors such as cameras, radars, and ultrasonics into a full vehicle simulation model. Expertise in understanding system specification and developing Test cases. Skilled in dSPACE tools - Automation Desk , Control Desk tools, Motion Desk & Model Desk. Develop automation packages in ECU test for test automation
