MNC Hiring | L2 Compute Engineer Location: Bangalore Experience: 5+ Years Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shift (Mandatory) Mandatory / Core Skills 3+ years of experience in Compute Troubleshooting Strong hands-on experience with HPE ProLiant Servers Experience with HPE Synergy Systems (Highly Preferred) Strong knowledge of HPE OneView Troubleshooting experience in: HPE ProLiant & Synergy Servers C7000 Blade Enclosures Direct Attached Storage (DAS) SAN Switches & Host Bus Adapters (HBA) Host Connectivity & Performance Issues Good knowledge of: Operating Systems (Windows/Linux) Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) Networking Computer Hardware & Storage Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues on HPE Compute infrastructure. Handle escalated customer issues and provide technical leadership. Coordinate with remote and field support teams. Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles. Deliver internal technical training and mentor junior engineers. Participate in 24x7 support and rotational shifts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
