The ideal candidate will play a critical role in solving complex business challenges using cutting-edge data science techniques, ensuring scalability, robustness, and compliance with AI safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML models to solve complex business problems in the automotive space. Apply advanced machine learning algorithms (supervised & unsupervised) for predictive analytics and decision-making. Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and ML workflows using Python-based tools and frameworks. Implement LLM guardrails and safety mechanisms to ensure responsible AI deployment. Perform model evaluation, validation, and hyperparameter tuning to improve performance and reliability. Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights using advanced SQL queries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business stakeholders) to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Drive best practices in model governance, documentation, and versioning. Present analytical findings and model outcomes to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Required Qualifications: 510 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, AI/ML. Strong programming experience in Python, with expertise in: Pandas NumPy Scikit-learn Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms Statistical modeling techniques Model evaluation methods Experience working in the Automotive domain (highly preferred). Proficiency in Advanced SQL for data manipulation, querying, and analysis. Experience with Generative AI / LLMs and Guardrails frameworks is a must. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Educational Qualifications: Masters degree in: Data Science (M.Sc) OR Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (M.Tech) Relevant certifications such as Certified Data Scientist Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer (preferred) Good to Have: Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of MLOps practices and model deployment pipelines. Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
