About the role
In this role as a Product Manager at Paperflite, you will drive the development and evolution of the product by working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features. Your responsibilities will include translating business and customer needs into product strategies, managing product backlogs, conducting competitor analysis, monitoring feature adoption, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth product launches. Additionally, you will be involved in designing prototypes, conducting user interviews and usability testing, tracking product performance metrics, and prioritizing product initiatives based on business needs and market opportunities. To be successful in this role, you will need 6-10 years of experience in software product management, with at least 2+ years in the B2B SaaS space, proven experience in managing scrum teams, solid analytical skills, familiarity with sales and marketing tools, strong technical acumen, and AI fluency. Moreover, you should have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering value to customers, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
