Business Process Automation Engineer

Role Overview: As a Project Delivery specialist, you will own all aspects of development for the project, including coding, code reviews, unit tests, and code quality. You will demonstrate technical excellence and a quality focus while working on sprint user stories by minimizing or eliminating bugs per user story delivered. Collaborate closely with the Specialist Engineer to resolve any technical impediments that arise and ensure that coding standards are followed while eliminating technical debt in every sprint. Additionally, you will drive the technical competency of the development area, including tools, methods, and frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Own all aspects of development for the project, including coding, code reviews, unit tests, and code quality. - Demonstrate technical excellence and quality focus while working on sprint user stories. - Collaborate closely with the Specialist Engineer to resolve technical impediments. - Ensure coding standards are followed and technical debt is eliminated in every sprint. - Drive the technical competency of the development area, including tools, methods, and frameworks. - Work with Agile (Scrum) project team development methodologies. - Own deliverable quality from a development perspective for each sprint and release. - Demonstrate commitment to innovation by actively learning and implementing new technical tools/methods/approaches. - Showcase innovative ideas to the team and stakeholders. - Own and drive automation initiatives for efficiency improvements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree with an Information Technology background or equivalent. - At least 2 years of Process Automation experience using Nintex automation (K2 Five)/Power Automate. - At least 3 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry. - Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and Bug fixes. Additional Details: The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of SQL queries with join conditions, working knowledge of Nintex Automation (K2 Five)/Power Automate concepts, and knowledge of Nintex(K2 Five) Management and Power Automate console. Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of programming languages such as C#, .Net, or MVC Framework.
