This role involves aiding in the implementation of CAD and PLM solutions while collaborating with global business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective, industry-standard solutions. It focuses on maintaining existing solutions and developing new solutions based on user feedback, grounded in industry best practices. Additionally, identifying opportunities to simplify applications. The position also supports the standardization of engineering tools like CAD/CAM/CAE globally, inclusive of data analysis to identify root causes and resolve errors and operational issues. Tasks And Responsibilities AdministrationofTeamcenter,includinglicensemanagement,TeamcenterInstallation, Configuration, Deployments, maintenance, and update Teamcenter patches Independentlyworktoimplementenchancements Interactwithbusinessforimportantandimpactfulprojects Enduser&customersatisfactionwithcurrentbusinessprocess Conductingsystemtesting,troubleshooting,andassistingissueresolutiontoensureastable and reliable PLM environment Supportusers/keyusersinfunctionalareathroughanestablishedServiceDesk/ticketing system,concentratingontheincidentandproblemresolution.Executeendusertrainingfor appropriate areas Workaspartofprojectteamtodeliveronthescopedefinedintheproject ExperiencewithSiemensTeamcenterproductconfiguration ExperiencewithSiemensNXcustomerdefaultadministrationandNXOpenscripts ProficiencyinPowerShellscripting Information Technology or Engineering backgroundAt least 3 years experience in Teamcenter and NX projectsKnowledge about Siemens Teamcenter Architecture & Data modelExpereince with BMIDE configurations and deploymentsKnowledge of NX and NX integration including customer default managmentExperience with NXOpen automation scriptingKnowledge of Catia TCIC integrationProficiency with workflow designer TRAVEL - National and International Able to travel globally and work effectively in a remote situation dealing with all levels of the organization. Role is a global role with scope including all Company sites.Day and overnight travel up to 25% may be required to domestic & international locations.
