About the role
As a skilled Senior Software Engineer in Care Solutions based out of Bengaluru, your role will involve developing and maintaining code for GuidingCare while integrating features with Wellframe. You will need a strong background in software development, especially with Microsoft platforms, and experience in integrating diverse systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver innovative healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement innovative solutions for Care Solutions integration - Manage large volumes of data by modeling and analyzing - Write optimized, well-documented code, debug existing source code - Develop user interfaces, databases, and client displays for integration features - Lead technical design documentation and develop complex application features - Build and execute unit test cases, test products in controlled situations - Develop high-value technology solutions to streamline processes - Ensure seamless integration between GuidingCare and Wellframe - Maintain high standards of work with attention to detail Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - Experience: 5-8 years of related experience In addition, you should possess the following technical skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft platform (ASP.NET, MVC, C#, T-SQL) - Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) - Familiarity with MVC architecture, HTML5, Web Services/SOAP, XML, JSON, WCF, Web APIs - Knowledge of JavaScript, Client-side technologies (Angular, React or Vue.js) - Expertise in SQL Server, relational databases, SQL Queries - Experience with versioning tools (GIT), message queues (Kafka), Kubernetes, and containerization - Ability to use AI coding assistants and agentic AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for development and debugging Your soft skills should include: - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - Effective communication abilities - Capability for independent work and team collaboration - Adaptability to fast-paced environments - Commitment to continuous learning and innovation - Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for productivity enhancement Additional Company Details: Your role may involve experience with Docker and Kubernetes containerization, leadership in mentoring developers, active involvement in open-source projects or tech communities, familiarity with various cloud platforms, building or integrating agentic AI workflows into applications, experience with building SaaS-based platforms, familiarity with Java and Spring Boot, and knowledge of Ruby on Rails.
