ServiceNow Enterprise Architect

As a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect, you will lead large-scale digital transformation engagements, working closely with senior client stakeholders to define platform strategy, architecture, and roadmaps. You will bring a strong blend of functional expertise and technical depth to deliver impactful, scalable solutions across the enterprise. Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end architecture and solutioning on the ServiceNow platform - Partner with CIOs, business leaders, and key stakeholders to shape vision, roadmap, and transformation strategy - Drive solution design across ITSM, HRSD, and SAM Pro, ensuring alignment with business objectives - Provide thought leadership and advisory on ServiceNow best practices and industry trends - Govern architecture standards, design principles, and platform scalability - Oversee delivery teams to ensure high-quality, on-time implementations - Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and value realization - Support pre-sales, proposals, and client presentations as a subject matter expert Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of experience, with significant ServiceNow expertise (6+ years) in consulting environments - Strong experience across ITSM, HRSD, SAM Pro - Proven ability to operate at both strategic (architecture/roadmap) and hands-on (solutioning) levels - Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience - Demonstrated experience in driving large-scale transformation programs - Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations, and governance model Preferred Qualifications: - ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS ITSM/HRSD/SAM) - Experience working with global clients - Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery models If you join us, you will work on high-impact transformation programs with leading enterprises, collaborate with industry leaders and global teams, and accelerate your career in a fast-paced consulting environment.
