A strong background in VoIP, contact-center, or call-center environments is a significant advantage. What youll do Lead, mentor, and develop a NOC team of 7-8 engineers operating on a 24x7 shift basis, escalation paths, and day-to-day operational performance. Oversee the monitoring of IT systems and infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, connectivity, VOIP) alongside business application processes, ensuring issues are detected early and resolved fast. Direct the design and continuous improvement of monitoring processes, tooling, dashboards, and alerting moving the team from reactive firefighting toward proactive, measurable reliability. Work closely with vendors and service providers managing relationships, holding them to their SLAs, and coordinating support and changes. Partner with stakeholders and colleagues across engineering, infrastructure, and the business to align monitoring coverage with what actually matters operationally. What youll bring Required Proven managerial experience leading a technical operations or NOC team, including people management and ownership of 24x7 shift. Experience directing or designing monitoring processes and systems from the ground up (tooling selection, alerting strategy, dashboards, observability). Familiarity with common monitoring and observability stacks and ITSM/incident-management practices.
