Role: QA Automation Engineer Location: Bangalore Department: Customer Success Key Responsibilities: - Writing test scripts for complex systems. - Designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test frameworks, tools, and infrastructure. - Writing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various types of testing including performance and Identifying, reporting, and troubleshooting defects in the product. - Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and ensure stable regression execution - Work on REST API - Work on SQL / POSTGRESQL / Any DB - Work on AWS services, Kubernetes, Docker, Containerisation. - Work on OpenCV - Maintaining stable % uptime. Skills and Expertise Required: - Strong hands-on experience in Python - Experience with automation frameworks such as Pytest / Unittest / Robot Framework or equivalent - Strong understanding of API testing and tools/concepts such as REST, JSON, authentication, request/response validation - Experience in designing and building scalable automated test frameworks and test suites, working across technologies and Analysing the logs for failures and resolving in the shortest time. - Knowledge and Experience of AWS services, Kubernetes, Docker, Containerisation. - Working experience on OpenCV - Strong experience in Agile development methodologies and utilizing technologies such as GIT, Jenkins for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery. - Experience in manual testing, analysing test logs, creating test reports and keeping the manager updated on the progress on a regular basis. - Work on building scripts / framework / systems with AI - Experience with Open Source Performance Testing Tools like Locust or JMeter. - Experience Range: 3 - 4 years QA Automation Engineer About Amagi Amagi is an AI-enabled industry cloud platform built for the new video economy, helping media companies modernize operations, unify streaming and broadcast workflows, and drive advanced monetization.
