The ideal candidate should have excellent technical leadership skills and experience mentoring development teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET-based applications. Develop scalable solutions using .NET Core, C#.NET, and Azure . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain coding standards. Mentor developers and provide technical guidance. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core and C#.NET . Experience developing and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure . Strong understanding of software design principles and application architecture. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
