Quality Analyst

Job Duties: Analyze business and technical requirements to design and develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and scenarios ensuring product functionality and quality. Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web and API applications, identifying and tracking software defects using standard QA tools. Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to review requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Develop and maintain reusable automated and manual test scripts, contributing to continuous integration and quality improvement initiatives. Conduct root cause analysis for defects, prepare test reports, and recommend corrective actions to enhance system stability and user experience. Participate in release validations, sprint reviews, and post-deployment verifications to ensure smooth production rollout and compliance with quality standards.
