Senior Product Manager - Tech, TimeHub

Description TimeHub team's charter is to build a world-class product which meets time, attendance and pay computation needs for over 2 Million hourly associates across Amazon businesses. People Technology is the central hub for all Amazon people data. Our product and technology provides the foundation for a multitude of key human resource processes, from on-boarding of tens of thousands of temporary employees during peak holiday season, capturing tiem related events across an associate's day to day activities, to integrating critical employee data to internal and external systems. We implement and build highly secure, global software that allows Amazon to effectively manage the workforce, resulting in a better employee experience and a better bottom line. Key job responsibilities Managing TimeHub roadmap across geographies Responsible for key product areas such as pay calculation Define product requirements and execution strategy for an enterprise product Lead the product life cycle including vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, user experience, delivery, launch, and support. Work with engineering, research, UX, technical program managers and stakeholders to deliver a successful product Collaborate with Amazon partner tech teams to ensure product re-usability and avoid redundancies. Managing both upwards and downwards communications effectively Basic Qualifications Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience managing technical products or online services Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Define product requirements and execution strategy for an enterprise product Preferred Qualifications Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
