About the role
Description Location : Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune Mode : Hybrid Total Experience : 7+ Relevant Experience : 7 Domain : ServiceNow Platform Architecture - Define the ServiceNow platform architecture, including module design, data models, workflows, and technical standards. - Ensure scalable, secure, and performant configurations aligned with best practices. - Drive platform roadmap, design decisions, and architectural governan ce. Integration Architecture - Architect and design endtoend integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems (e.g., CMDB sources, ITOM tools, HRIS, CRM, ERP, monitoring tools). - Define integration patterns using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, webhooks, message buses. - Establish dataflow models, API guidelines, and integration security standa rds. Solution Design & Delivery - Translate business requirements into highlevel and lowlevel technical solution designs. - Guide technical teams on implementation approaches, coding standards, and platform constraints. - Conduct architecture reviews, impact assessments, and performance optimiza tion. Governance & Best Practices - Establish platform governance including CMDB design, data quality, ACL/security model, DevOps, and upgrade frameworks. - Ensure adherence to ServiceNows architectural guidelines and futureready d esign. Stakeholder & Technical Leadership - Work with product owners, developers, and business SMEs to ensure solutions meet functional and technical expectations. - Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow capabilities, recent releases, and enterprise integration strategy. Mandatory skills - Strong ServiceNow platform architecture (modules, data models, workflows, standards). - Ability to design scalable, secure, and highperformance configurations. - Expertise in integration architecture (REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, API standards, dataflows, security). - Strong solution design skills (HLD/LLD, impact analysis, performance optimization). - Experience with platform governance (CMDB design, data quality, ACL/security model, DevOps, upgrades). - Strong collaboration and technical leadership with stakeholders and delivery teams. - Deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, releases, and enterprise integration patterns.
