About the role
Mall Technical Head-Mechanical/Electrical/ Plumbing (MEP) Engineering Job Description Supervision of the project MEP, DG, Substation, Electrical & Mechnical Mall/retail maintenance Execution and fitouts work of the departmental Technician / Contractor staff/ labor regarding the installation of the MEP System at site. Analyze Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions. Monitoring project activity cost estimates and ensure that the right specification in line with approved designs is available at the project site. Review drawings for compliance with the design. Undertake general project site observation/inspection work of the Electrical/ mechanical services of the Contractors. Ensure testing, air conditioning duct leakage testing, and other testing that may be required. Attend project, site progress, and any mechanical services-related technical meetings as directed by the MEP/ Head project manager. Desired Profile : Engineering Graduate - Electrical/ Mechanical/ HVAC. Gurgaon residential would be preferred. Should have leadership qualities to mange the big team of Electrical / Mech Engineers. Should be a highly self-motivated, ambitious and result oriented individual A person with a high sense of urgency and a pro-active approach to problem solving High energy and action oriented with professional presence Knowledge of high rising building systems, energy technologies, green building and high-performance design Knowledge of MEP construction and subcontracting (electrical and controls preferred) Knowledge of energy efficiency, performance contracting, building management system
