About the role
Roles and Responsibilities Manage site supervision and engineering activities to ensure compliance with project specifications. Ensure timely completion of civil works on site by coordinating with contractors, engineers, and laborers. Conduct regular site monitoring to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. Oversee the execution of RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) structures, finishing work, and labour control. Coordinate with other departments for smooth operation of construction projects. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years' experience in civil engineering or related field. Strong knowledge of civil site engineering, construction management, and site execution. Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.
