Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job description This is an exciting and dynamic position of Business Systems Analyst in the MIS Analytics Team. MIS Analytics Team has responsibility to enable global servicing network process to be the most efficient and effective by establishing the best-in-class MIS and analytics function. The MIS and analytics in scope covers the dynamic and fast paced global credit environment including traditional credit products and new products introducing to the marketplace. The individual will provide comprehensive MI Analytical support to Executive Leadership on key operations metrics across Servicing Functions within GS. Ensure that the existing MIS continues to function smoothly, identify data deficiencies in a timely manner, raise pertinent issues, and work with relevant partners to get them remediated Understand the analytical reporting needs coming from leadership and translate these into effective and easy to understand solutions Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in analytics methodologies and technologies Minimum Qualifications: Proficiency on Hive/SQL/Big Query/Python with good understanding of Big Data ecosystems Exposure to data visualization tools especially Tableau Power BI Strong communication and relationship management skills Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Credit Servicing or Collections environment a plus
