About the role
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related field
12+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
3-5 years of experience working as a Software Engineering Staff Engineer / Architect
A Full-stack expert having expertise in building web applications revolving around technology stacks like Java, JavaScript , React JS, Node JS, Kafka, Redis etc. Also, in-depth knowledge on Application design, testing capabilities, Design & building Microservices
Extensive hands-on experience building distributed applications and managing the development of complex, large scale enterprise applications and products that require a deep understanding of application logic and dependencies
Experience with high throughput and low latency needs applications
Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and takes pride in how fast they develop working software
Proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, and in a variety of contexts
Self-starter but very comfortable working closely with a team
Comfortable working with stakeholders outside the Engineering team including our Compliance, Information Security, Product, Design, Sales and Account Management teams

Willingness to learn new technologies and exploit them to their optimal potential
Experience with and understanding of the Resy, Tock, and Rooam suite of applications
