About the role
You will be responsible for providing technical expertise to support the Automated Quality Control sales effort primarily in the US territory. Your main focus will be to ensure that projects are carried out within deadlines, maintaining high quality and meeting the required technical specifications to ensure customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with the sales and after-sales service departments, as well as the technical experts from the metrology department. Additionally, you will work with the A-QC Operations Manager on strategic aspects like knowledge development, continuous improvement, and process deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Realize A-QC external service projects including creating and optimizing robot paths, off-line programming and simulation, supporting the design of fixtures for 3D scanning, and integrating Creaform systems during robotic solutions installation at client sites. - Conduct validation tests post-installation and provide support to the sales team through simulations, technical advice, solution definition, demonstrations, and technical validations. - Deliver training on specialized automation products and software, act as a technical reference during commercial and marketing events, and support the after-sale service team for robotic applications. - Participate in product development stages, contribute to technical writing, and conduct technical workshops during internal training events. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field. - Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 50%). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Independent and resourceful with the ability to work under pressure. - Strong customer relations skills, self-taught, and adept in priority management and leadership.
