About the role
You will bridge business operations and IT delivery within the insurance domain, translating operational needs into functional requirements and system designs. Responsibilities Create, review, and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and technical documentation. Identify process automation opportunities by defining scope and gathering requirements. Develop and review test cases, scenarios, and results for functional testing. Track, report, and resolve user application issues while communicating project status. Translate technical information for non-technical business audiences. Required Skills 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Operations Executive. Experience in the Insurance, Non-Banking, or Finance domains. Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL. Ability to design IT system features and functional specifications. Experience in functional testing and test case preparation. Basic knowledge of programming and web technologies.
