Job Description :

Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems to drive complex web applications.

Collaborate with product designers to deliver compelling user-experience.

Implement and enforce software development lifecycle best practices including CI/CD and UI testing.

Providestrategic and operational oversight for Enterprise software product development.

Work closely with backend team to integrate complex backend with frontend.

Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.

Use Oracle Application Framework (OAF), AME, BI Reports and RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Workflows).

Use HRMS Modules; HRMS Conversions API’s; OAF pages development and extensions.

Use HRMS Security Profile, Fast Formula, Oracle Advanced Benefits, Absence Management and SSHR Approvals and System Admin concepts.

Use Workflows, AME Approval Groups and Approval Process.

Use Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, Oracle Labor Distribution, Recruitment, Learning Management, Talent Management, Compensation Workbench and Advanced Benefits modules.
