Career Category Engineering Job Description ABOUT THE ROLE The Engineering Technical Authority (ETA) AIN Lead provides strategic leadership and operational oversight and technical direction for a team responsible for the Building Automation Systems (BAS) capability, Global ETA EPD and ESS (Engineering Project Delivery, Engineering specifications and standards) and Utilities subject matter expertise within Global Engineering. This role will require broad leadership for hiring a centralized team building capabilities for BAS, EPD, ESS and Utility subject matters. The position translates enterprise engineering strategies into operational objectives and leads teams of subject matter experts responsible for BAS, Specification and Standards development, system ownership, and project engineering support. The Associate Director partners closely with engineering, digital technology, and 3rd party provider teams to ensure BAS solutions are scalable, standardized, and aligned with global engineering strategies in addition to ETA network for EPD and ESS development and Utilities subject matters.
