As an Associate PLM Systems Analyst at Amgen, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Amgen's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems by collaborating with cross-functional teams and developing solutions to improve efficiency. Your role will involve conducting system analysis, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions. Additionally, you will play a key role in testing and validating new PLM system functionalities, maintaining documentation, providing training to end-users, and monitoring system performance. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance Amgen's PLM systems. - Develop and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of PLM processes. - Conduct system analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution. - Assist in the testing and validation of new PLM system functionalities and upgrades. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for PLM processes and procedures. - Provide training and support to end-users on PLM system functionality and best practices. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues. - Stay current with industry trends and advancements in PLM technology. - Contribute to the development and implementation of PLM system enhancements and upgrades. - Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs. - Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and recommend process improvements. - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations. - Participate in project teams and provide updates on PLM system related tasks and initiatives. - Collaborate with vendors and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and data related to PLM systems.
