About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Reltio MDM Developer with 2 –5 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) to join us as Associate, Data Management who will design, develop, and implement scalable MDM solutions on the Reltio platform . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Reltio configuration/Integration Hub, Lifecycle Actions (LCA), Java-based development, and API integrations , along with domain experience in Pharma/Life Sciences .

Key Responsibilities Design and implement Reltio MDM solutions , including data models, entities, relationships, and hierarchies

Configure L3 Configuration, Entity Data Modeling and develop Lifecycle Actions (LCA) for event-driven data processing and business workflows

Develop Java-based custom logic/services to support Reltio integrations and extensions

Implement and manage match/merge rules and survivorship strategies for golden record creation

Build and maintain real-time and batch integrations using REST APIs, messaging, and file-based approaches

Work with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) or equivalent frameworks for data ingestion and distribution

Configure and manage crosswalks, reference data, and group attributes

Develop and enforce data quality rules, validation, and enrichment processes

Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams for seamless data consumption

Support data governance and stewardship workflows , including DCR lifecycle

Ensure data lineage, traceability, and compliance across MDM processes

Troubleshoot and optimize performance of Reltio implementations

Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of experience in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Must-Have Skills Strong hands-on experience with Reltio MDM platform

Deep expertise in Lifecycle Actions (LCA) development and event handling in Reltio

Strong programming skills in Java (for custom logic, APIs, and integrations)

Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying, data validation, performance tuning)

Good experience in Python for data processing and automation

Strong experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP) and microservices architecture

Expertise in: Match/Merge and survivorship rules

Data modeling (entities, relationships, hierarchies)

Crosswalks, reference data, and golden record concepts

Experience with batch and real-time data integration patterns

Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments

Strong domain experience in Pharma/Life Sciences , including: HCP/HCO mastering

Affiliations

Product Master / Material Master

Good-to-Have Skills (Bonus) Experience with PySpark, Databricks , and large-scale data processing

Experience with AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, Glue, etc.)

Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases

Exposure to GenAI / AI-driven data use cases

Experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH)

Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence)

Professional Certifications (Preferred) Reltio MDM Certification

AWS / Cloud Certifications

Data Engineering / SQL Certifications

Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders

Ability to work in global, cross-functional teams

Strong ownership and accountability

Preferred Experience Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Reltio MDM implementations

Experience in regulated Pharma/Life Sciences environments

Exposure to enterprise-scale MDM transformations
