Technical Business Analyst/Information System Analyst

As a Technical Business Analyst/Specialist IS Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial business strategies to successful outcomes by leveraging your technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and client engagement abilities. You will collaborate with senior leaders on the Field Analytics product team within the Commercial Data & Analytics organization, focusing on operations in the United States. Your responsibilities will include interacting with business clients and technology management to create technology roadmaps, drive DevOps, and mature Agile operating principles. Additionally, you will connect and understand various commercial and functional data sources to provide key decision-makers with user-friendly modes of data consumption such as dashboards and reports. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with senior leaders on the Field Analytics product team within the Commercial Data & Analytics organization, focusing on operations within the United States - Interact with business clients and technology management to create technology roadmaps, build cases, and drive DevOps to achieve the roadmaps - Help mature Agile operating principles through deployment of creative practices for user story development, testing, and emphasis on user experience - Connect and understand commercial and functional data sources to provide user-friendly modes of data consumption for key decision-makers - Become the lead subject matter expert in Reporting and Incentive Compensation capabilities by implementing new tools and features Qualification Required: - Masters or Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in Information Systems - Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex challenges in data and analytics with technology - Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) - Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to influence based on data and business value - Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients - Understanding of software systems strategy, governance, and infrastructure - Experience in managing product features for PI planning and developing product roadmaps - Strong understanding of sales and incentive compensation value streams - Familiarity with low-code, no-code test automation software and basic SQL & Python programming - Experience of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery methodology The company operates across multiple geographies, primarily India, Portugal, and the United States, and values individuals who can work effectively across these regions. Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English, intellectual curiosity, ability to question partners, successful prioritization based on business value, initiative, self-motivation, and team orientation are essential soft skills for this role. In terms of technical skills, experience with ETL tools such as Databricks, SQL scripting, Basic Python Programming, Redshift or equivalent cloud-based dB, Big Data, Analytics, Reporting, Data Lake, Data Integration technologies, S3 or equivalent storage system, AWS, and BI Tools like Tableau and Power BI are highly desirable.
