AI & Automation Product Lead

As the AI and Automation Product Lead at our organization, your primary responsibility will be to define, build, and scale internal automation and AI-driven products. You will play a crucial role in identifying, designing, and managing the delivery of automation and AI use cases by translating business needs into structured, executable solutions. Your mandate includes converting complex business problems into high-impact, deployable automation and AI solutions quickly. You will be at the center of our transformation effort, ensuring that automation and AI solutions are embedded into daily workflows and deliver measurable impact. Key Responsibilities: - Take problems from ambiguity to structure to delivery to adoption - Drive automation and AI adoption across all functions - Ensure solutions are used, not just built - Create a product mindset within internal operations - Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and scalability Qualifications Required: - 812 years experience in consulting, product, or financial operations - Strong understanding of financial services workflows - Ability to structure complex problems into clear solutions - Detailed understanding and hands-on experience with automation and AI capabilities - Commercial awareness with exceptional client-facing and communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solution-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented - Ability to adapt to a dynamic team environment with tight deadlines and excel in the role In addition to the above, you may also be required to undertake other duties as necessary as per the Management or Group Human Resources.
