Location: Pune Experience: 710 Years Key Responsibilities:Manage and administer Highrise ERP software.Provide ERP support to Sales, CRM, Accounts, HR & Admin.Generate MIS and management reports.Ensure data accuracy, backups, and system security.Install and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and biometric devices.Troubleshoot network, internet, Wi-Fi, and email issues.Manage IT assets, software licenses, and AMC records.Install/update operating systems, antivirus, and business applications.Train employees on ERP usage and IT best practices.Coordinate with hardware, software, and internet vendors.Ensure smooth IT infrastructure across offices.Maintain IT documentation, ERP processes, and SOPs.
