About THE Role

They are searching for an experienced and confident Microsoft Senior Developer, who can bring their mix of technical skills and Stakeholder management experience to be the bridge between the two sides. You will have hands on experience in the MS tech space, can speak tech speak and can easily translate it to those who can’t. You will have Engineering and Development leadership as well as architectural experience where you have delivered solutions at a very high level and can demonstrate examples of your success.

DUTIES

Guide and support delivery teams towards best practice designing end to end MS solutions

Meet immediate project or sprint needs

Mentor juniors

Meet non-functional requirements (resilience, availability, reusability, performance, etc) are well described and understood by all parties

Ensure that solution trade-offs and architectural decisions are clearly documented, understood and agreed by all – communicating intent, value proposition and target architecture in a way that is easily understood by others.

Skills & Experience

• A deep understanding of Microsoft Tech architecture concepts, tools and methods ( Azure Serverless Cloud computing, synapse, DevOps, TDD and BDD)

• CI/CD, security and automation knowledge

• API Integration Experience

• Deep understanding of .NET Development ( C# development experience, .Net Framework and .Net Standard)

• You will have the ability to effectively maintain relationships and influence your immediate team and key stakeholders from both business, enterprise architecture and broader technology areas.
