HSE Officer

We are looking for an HSE Officer with 4–6 years of experience in HSE in a manufacturing plant to support workplace safety, statutory compliance, incident prevention, and ISO 14001/45001 management systems.

Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures across the manufacturing facility. Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA) and ensure effective control measures are implemented. Monitor compliance with statutory requirements and company HSE standards. Conduct safety inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and employee safety training. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions. Manage work permit systems, including hot work, confined space entry, work at height, and electrical isolation (LOTO). Ensure contractor safety management and PPE compliance. Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including mock drills and first aid arrangements. Monitor hazardous waste management, chemical handling, and environmental compliance. Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems and participate in internal and external audits.
