Role & responsibilities Job Title: IoT Head Company: Amnex Infotechnologies Pvt Ltd Business Unit: Amnex Dynamics (IoT / Smart Systems / Connected Platforms) Role Summary: We are looking for a visionary IoT Head to lead the Internet of Things practice under Amnex Dynamics. The role will be responsible for building, scaling, and delivering end-to-end IoT and connected ecosystem solutions across industries such as smart cities, utilities, mobility, agriculture, and enterprise automation. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in Internet of Things with strong business leadership, solution architecture capabilities, and experience in driving large-scale digital transformation programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. IoT Practice Leadership Define IoT vision, roadmap, and strategy for Amnex Dynamics Build scalable IoT service offerings and platform-based solutions Establish IoT Center of Excellence (CoE) 2. Solution Architecture & Delivery Design end-to-end IoT architectures (devices, edge, cloud, analytics) Oversee deployment of IoT platforms across enterprise and government projects Ensure scalability, security, and interoperability of IoT systems 3. Smart Ecosystem Development Drive smart city, smart mobility, smart agriculture, and industrial IoT solutions Integrate IoT with AI/ML, data platforms, and GIS systems Enable real-time data capture, monitoring, and decision systems 4. Business & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with sales teams for pre-sales, RFPs, and solution design Engage with enterprise and government clients for IoT transformation programs Support business growth, revenue expansion, and strategic partnerships 5. Team Building & Leadership Lead cross-functional teams (IoT engineers, architects, firmware, cloud) Mentor technical teams and build strong delivery capability Define hiring strategy for IoT vertical 6. Innovation & R&D Evaluate emerging IoT technologies (5G, Edge AI, Digital Twins) Drive innovation labs and PoCs Create reusable IoT frameworks and accelerators Required Skills & Expertise: Core Technical Skills IoT architecture (device-to-cloud design) Edge computing & embedded systems Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP IoT services) Data integration, streaming & real-time analytics APIs, middleware, and system integration Domain Expertise Smart Cities / Utilities / Transportation / Agriculture IoT Industrial IoT (IIoT) and enterprise automation GIS integration (preferred advantage in Amnex ecosystem) Leadership Skills Technology leadership & team management Pre-sales & solution consulting Program delivery & stakeholder management Strategic planning and execution Preferred Experience: 1520+ years in IoT / Digital Transformation / Enterprise Technology Experience leading large-scale IoT platforms or smart infrastructure programs Background in solution architecture or engineering leadership roles Good to Have: Experience in AI + IoT convergence (AIoT) Smart city / government project exposure Experience in product/platform-based IoT development Knowledge of digital twin systems Why Join Us: At Amnex Dynamics, you will lead mission-critical IoT transformation programs that power real-world infrastructure, mobility systems, agriculture intelligence, and smart governance platforms across India and global markets.
