About the role
Role Overview: Amotion AI is hiring a Technical Product Manager to support the scaling and further development of an AI chatbot product designed for SAP users. As a Technical PM, you will collaborate with product strategy and engineering teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications and oversee the implementation process. Key Responsibilities: - Write detailed product requirements including user stories, API specifications, and acceptance criteria for the AI query engine, business language layer, and customer integrations. - Manage the active backlog, set sprint priorities, and coordinate releases across different product phases. - Gather and structure requirements from enterprise customers in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. - Collaborate with engineering to enhance the accuracy testing system of the chatbot, focusing on query performance measurement and improvement. - Coordinate security certification efforts (SOC 2, ISO 27001) within the product roadmap. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of product management experience, with a minimum of 2 years as a Technical PM for a B2B SaaS product. - Proficiency in writing specifications directly usable by engineers, including data models, API definitions, and handling edge cases and error conditions. - Ability to comprehend code, database schemas, and system design documents independently. - Experience in managing a technical backlog with a structured prioritization system. - Direct customer-facing product management experience, involving discovery calls, requirement gathering, and handling inputs from various stakeholders. Good to Have: - Background in data, analytics, BI, or developer tools like Snowflake, dbt, PowerBI, Databricks, or similar. - Familiarity with AI products based on large language models, particularly those generating SQL or code from natural language. - Working knowledge of SAP and other ERPs. - Exposure to enterprise deployment requirements such as role-based access controls, audit logging, or fully offline environments.
