Prepare/modify machine programs (CNC/VMC – if applicable). Handle manpower allocation and ensure discipline & safety. Monitor quality issues, reduce rejections Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance & Stores for smooth production. Required Candidate profile Manage daily production and achieve shift targets. Improve processes, reduce cycle time & increase productivity. Analysis and cost reduction in tools, consumables, and production operations.
