Job Description Vice President (VP) Products (AI & Low-Code Platform) Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Experience: 12-20 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About AmpleLogic AmpleLogic is a fast-growing product-based SaaS company providing digital transformation solutions to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences industries. With 100+ global customers, we have built a proprietary Low-Code Platform powering 14 interconnected enterprise products across Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Manufacturing, and Regulatory Compliance. Rather than standalone applications, our products are integrated modules running on a unified technology platform. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Vice President Products to lead our product vision, platform strategy, and AI-driven innovation. Role Overview The Vice President Products will be responsible for defining and executing the company's product strategy, strengthening our Low-Code Platform, driving AI adoption across the product suite, and leading the launch of new enterprise products. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance long-term product vision with execution while working closely with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Business stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will lead a team of 120+ professionals and play a critical role in shaping the future of AmpleLogic's product ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Lead the evolution of AmpleLogic's proprietary Low-Code Platform. Drive AI strategy and embed AI capabilities across the existing product portfolio. Lead the successful launch of new enterprise SaaS products. Collaborate with existing Product Leaders to ensure consistent product direction and execution. Build scalable product strategies focused on customer value, innovation, and market differentiation. Lead Engineering teams to deliver high-quality enterprise software. Work with Delivery and Customer Success teams to incorporate customer feedback into product improvements. Define product priorities, investment plans, and technology direction. Drive product innovation using modern software architectures and emerging technologies. Build, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Delivery. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to develop successful go-to-market strategies. Establish product KPIs and ensure continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making. Stay updated on industry trends, AI advancements, and enterprise software innovations. Required Skills & Experience 12-20 years of experience in Product Management with significant leadership responsibilities. Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS products or technology platforms. Strong experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and product lifecycle management. Experience leading large cross-functional teams (100+ members preferred). Strong understanding of AI strategy and practical AI implementation in enterprise products. Experience working with Low-Code/No-Code platforms would be and added advantage. Expertise in Coding . Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to align product strategy with organizational goals.
