About the role
Role Overview: As a Senior Subject Matter Expert on Embedded Security Penetration Testing, your primary responsibility will be to perform security assessments for security products from scratch. You should possess a high level of technical expertise and a keen interest in conducting security penetration testing, enabling you to successfully hack into CAR. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience in performing penetration testing for embedded systems. - Extensive experience in writing penetration test cases for embedded systems. - Proficiency in hacking vehicles and identifying new vulnerabilities in embedded systems. - Participation in Capture The Flag (CTF) activities. - In-depth knowledge of Embedded System Designs, encompassing both software and hardware aspects. - Profound understanding of System Communication Protocols, particularly Inter-Process Communication (IPC) and Network Protocols. - Ability to analyze network traffic effectively. - Utilization of hardware interfaces on embedded systems. - Strong background in embedded software development using C and C++ languages. - Possession of critical thinking skills, solution-oriented mindset, deep problem-solving abilities, and a strong sense of ownership. - Previous experience in penetration testing within the Automotive Domain would be advantageous.
