Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA). Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Job Description: Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of server and data center networking infrastructure. Ensure the availability, reliability, security, and quality of on-prem IT infrastructure and the services it provides to the business. Review existing and emerging ICT requirements, conduct market research and due diligence to identify and commission appropriate products and services. Assist in the development of policy in consultation with the manager. Test recent hardware and software before commissioning. Automate any recurring tasks using scripts. Identify, investigate, analyse, resolve, and log/report issues and incidents on time to ensure mnimal business disruption. Perform root cause analysis to permanently solve recurring issues. Collaborate with the network administrators and Hardware and Software maintenance teams in the deployment, monitoring, management of the IT infrastructure. Monitor onsite IT infrastructure capacity and performance levels and report all upgrade requirements on time. Maintain accurate documentation of all core system and network infrastructure including cloud services. Provide 3rd level support for the service desk analysts.
