About the job: Key Responsibilities: A. Test execution & defect management: 1. Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications as per approved test plans and release schedules. 2. Identify, log, track, and validate bugs using Jira/Azure DevOps while ensuring proper severity, priority, and reproducible evidence. Re-test resolved defects and support timely closures. B. Test case preparation & documentation: 1. Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining test cases, scenarios, and QA documentation based on feature changes, bug fixes, and product enhancements. 2. Ensure documentation clarity for effective test coverage. C. Functional & regression testing: 1. Perform functional testing for new modules, feature enhancements, and bug fixes. 2. Execute regression testing during release cycles to ensure platform stability and no impact on existing functionalities. D. Collaboration & communication: 1. Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly. 2. Communicate testing progress, blockers, risks, observations, and release readiness in a timely manner. E. Quality assurance process adherence: 1. Follow QA processes, release checklists, standards, and best practices. 2. Support UAT, pre-release validation, and compliance with internal quality protocols. F. Automation & tool support: 1. Assist in maintaining and executing automated test scripts. 2. Support test data preparation, environment readiness, and basic analysis of automation execution results.
