About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise web applications. 2. Design and build scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot), PHP, and Node.js. 3. Develop responsive frontend applications using React. 4. Work with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases for application development and optimization. 5. Coordinate with District Managers to understand challenges faced by field teams and implement technology-driven solutions. 6. Collaborate with Scheme Owners and business stakeholders to gather new requirements and prioritize feature development. 7. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime. 8. Manage application deployment, server environments, and release workflows. 9. Participate in system architecture discussions and recommend technology improvements. 10. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability. 11. Prepare technical documentation and support end users during implementation. Must-Have Skills 1. Strong programming skills in PHP, Java, and Node.js 2. Hands-on experience building backend applications using Spring Boot 3. Good knowledge of React for frontend development 4. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS 5. Experience working with relational databases: PostgreSQL (pgAdmin) MySQL 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 7.
