A Wireline Field Engineer manages on-site oil and gas well operations, coordinates with drill crews, and analyzes logging data. Key Responsibilities Wellsite Operations: Oversee logging and completion services, coordinate with the rig or drill crew, and manage equipment at both the wellsite and shop. Data & Troubleshooting: Interpret logging data, analyze downhole problems, and develop real-time technical solutions. Leadership & Safety: Supervise and train junior crew members while enforcing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. Client Reporting: Deliver assembly records and provide technical advice directly to customer representatives on location. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering or an Applied Science field. Experience: Prior upstream oil and gas or field operations experience.
